Expansion for acquired bevel gearbox range
Power Jacks Group bevel gearbox division Neeter Drive has a new home within the group's main site in Fraserburgh Aberdeenshire.
The configurator has an intuitive interface that allows users to easily and quickly locate the Power Jacks product they require.
Alternatively a search facility allows users to find units by keywords or base product numbers.
Once selected they can configure the products technical specification for their exact requirements and generate a model of the unit.

Linear motion and power transmission products
Power Jacks has published a new design guide catalogue for linear motion and power transmission products.
The model is displayed in a 3D view and the user can zoom, pan and rotate.
The technology behind the 3D visualisation has unmatched capabilities that allow customers to examine the products up close and at all angles in order to better understand important and unique product attributes.
Of course the user can also elect to view the model as a standard 2D drawing.
With the product defined the user can then download the CAD information as a 3D or 2D drawing.
With over 20 model/drawing formats supported including SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer, SolidEdge, AutoCAD, Catia, Unigraphics and SDRC-Ideas the models/drawings can be easily integrated into system designs.
The ability for users of all major CAD systems to download compatible files directly into product designs saves hours and improves accuracy by enabling product designers to test assembly and operation without having to manually recreate models from catalogues.
The high speed of the configure and download process eliminates unnecessary data conversion costs and delays saving the customer critical design time and costs.
Time can also be saved in purchasing by using the electronic RFQ (request for quotation) facility to easily obtain pricing and other information.
The products included in the configurator at launch are the: E-Series metric machine screw jacks in capacities of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1000kN; E-Series metric ball screw jacks in capacities 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200kN; and E-Series stainless steel metric machine screw jacks in capacities 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300kN.
The 3D CADalogue will have more products from Power Jacks portfolio added over the coming months further increasing the scope of this design resource. Request free introductory details about products from Power Jacks ...
