Legacy products replaced or upgraded

Power Jacks can replace or upgrade a wide range of screw jacks, linear actuators and bevel gearboxes originally supplied with brand names other than its own.

There are several brand names that can be found on Power Jacks supplied products that may not be immediately recognisable These brands have been applied to products at various times during Power Jacks' long engineering history

The company's factory has been based at Fraserburgh since 1903, and the manufacture of jacks first started in the 1930s.

During the past 105 years the Power Jacks product range has extended and developed to include screw jacks, linear actuators, bevel gearboxes and planetary roller screws.

Over this time the factory has manufactured its products with a variety of brand names, including: Consolidated Pneumatic, Premag, Duff-Norton, Precision Actuation Systems (PAS), Fortune Engineering, Neeter Drive and Youngs Lifting.

Consolidated Pneumatic and Premag branded models are no longer produced; but Power Jacks still manufactures linear motion products for Duff-Norton.

The other four brand names of PAS, Neeter Drive, Fortune Engineering and Youngs Lifting have been branded Power Jacks since 2002 when these companies were acquired and became part of the Power Jacks Group.

As part of its customer commitment, Power Jacks can supply equivalent or upgraded units for almost all screw jacks, linear actuators and bevel gearboxes carrying any of its past or current brand names.

All upgraded units offer the benefits of numerous design improvements that have been made to the products over the years. Request a free brochure from Power Jacks ...
