Now customers can get a Neeter Drive Range-P gearbox in a few hours to a few days depending on their chosen delivery method.

At a time when many suppliers are increasing lead times for products due to global supply restrictions, Power Jacks has now made the Neeter Drive Range-P bevel gearboxes available ex-stock.

The Neeter Drive Range-P bevel gearboxes are compact "monobloc" spiral bevel gearboxes designed to transmit rotary motion through 90 degrees for torque capacities up to 40Nm.

The gearboxes are available in solid shaft and hollow shaft in two-, three- and four-way designs with gear ratios from 1:1 to 3:1.

Power Jacks realises that while the demand for Neeter Drive gearboxes continues to grow, so too have customer expectations.

To meet the challenge to provide an excellent service one of the key factors is lead time for product availability.

Previously the lead time for bevel gearbox delivery was 3-4 weeks.

However now this is reduced to zero for popular models, as Power Jacks now offers the popular Neeter Drive Range-P bevel gearboxes ex-stock.

Now customers can get a Neeter Drive Range-P gearbox in a few hours to a few days depending on their chosen delivery method.

The Neeter Drive Range-P spiral bevel gearboxes are compact sealed-for-life units ideal for the transmission of rotary mechanical power through 90 degrees.

The housing is a "monobloc design" produced in a high quality die-cast aluminium alloy.

The gears inside are Gleason cut case hardened alloy steel with an advanced tooth to transmit relatively high loads smoothly and evenly.

Within the range there are two main variants, the Series 2000 and Series 4000.

The Series 2000 mounts the gearbox using 4 bolting points compared with the Series 4000, which uses three.

The Series 2000 is available with two-, three- and four-way shaft arrangements in solid or hollow shafts with gear ratios 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1.

There is also a disengaging/reversing option available.

Where as the Series 4000 is only available in two-way or three-way solid shaft designs with 1:1 or 2:1 gear ratios.

All are rated for 10kh design life and represent excellent value for money.
