Power-io now offers value-added services for solid-state relay assemblies.

Power-io now offers value-added services for solid-state relay assemblies.

These services include pre-installing solid-state relays, thermal transfer pads, and the appropriate size heatsinks.

This minimises local installation time and it helps to ensure the optimum thermal transfer from the relay to the heatsink.

In addition, Power-io offers custom heatsink extrusions including the "tower of power" heatsink that is ideal for 6-12 solid-state relays on each 560mm-high tower.

This provides the maximum density for multizone applications by providing hundreds of amps of power distributed over the individually controlled SSR zones.

All Power-io solid-state relays can switch 24-330 or 24-660V AC; are UL, cUL and CE marked; have the international terminal numbers; have a green LED input status indicator; and have a IP20 finger safe clear cover.
