Production of rivet nuts at BBA's Italian plant is set to double.

Production of rivet nuts at BBA's Italian plant is set to double.

On completion of the company's new build programme, its production capacity for rivet nuts will almost double.

The range has also widened and the company can now offer M3 through to M14 in steel brass and aluminium and M3 though to M12 in stainless steel.

BBA's machining process cleverly combines both cold forming and turning to offer an unrivalled flexibility in production.

This process provides high quality products for low volume and special series as well as high volume standards produced at very competitive prices.

The company's huge stock includes many standard rivet nut types produced for industry worldwide.

These include unusual body sizes as well as imperial threads and long grip lengths in a wide range of head and body styles.

As well as finished stock and as part of our usage profiling policy large quantities of our most regularly required sizes are stored in a secondary stock in a semifinished state which allows BBA to cut response time for delivery of finished parts.

BBA, along with partners Poly Fasteners in the UK and HSN metall Bearbeitungstecnik in Germany offer strategically placed stock points for European distribution.
