Purite has launched a new range of 24/7 service and maintenance packages, giving customers a highly flexible approach to preventive and responsive cover.

As part of its ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels of customer care, Purite, a leading UK manufacturer of water purification equipment, has launched a new range of 24/7 service and maintenance packages, giving customers a highly flexible approach to preventive and responsive cover.

In addition to a number of standard service contracts, Purite will be offering customers the opportunity to create their own bespoke contracts tailored to meet the specific requirements and budgets of each individual customer.

The customisation option can include the length of the agreement, the inclusion of all necessary consumables for the duration of the contract and arranging specific payment terms depending on the type of contract required.

The 24/7 service packages - both standard and bespoke - are designed to give customers the widest range of choice in terms of options; the packages are available across the entire Purite range as well as covering competing systems, across all markets.

David Gray, Aftermarket Manager for Purite explains: "Many of our customers are increasingly operating 24 hours a day, consequently their water treatment systems have to be operating at optimum levels at all time".
