Power Hub is a modular power supply system for Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus that provides redundant, highly reliable fieldbus power for Fieldbus devices.
The award recognizes and celebrates professional excellence across the UK's highly innovative hazardous area sector of industry.
Modern Fieldbus networks are being designed according to high-power trunk approach, which provides the maximum supply of fieldbus power - while maintaining the benefits of intrinsic safety for field devices in explosion hazardous areas.
Power Hub is a motherboard-based systems platform with lowest power dissipation for Fieldbus power supplies available today.
As a result it can be adapted to many different plant requirements with the option of redundancy for power modules and gateways.
