QuickTool Express allows users to get instant quotes for injection mould tooling and parts.
A user can simply upload his own unique 3D CAD data, and define the part material, colour, internal and external finish, and lead time.
Then, with the click of the "create quote" button, a custom, binding quote for tooling and per-part pricing is calculated and presented, instantly.
The user has the flexibility to perform unlimited what-if scenarios including multiple tools, materials and quantities in order to optimise their project price.

QuickTool Express is the latest manufacturing process from Quickparts that leverages the company's patent-pending QuickQuote geometric analysis technology.
Other instantly quoted offerings include: stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modelling (FDM) and cast urethanes.
As with Quickparts' other manufacturing processes, engineers can print, email, and save QuickTool Express instant quotes online 24/7.
Once an order is placed, a complete manufacturing plan, including mouldflow analysis and parting line-ejection-gate review, is developed and approved.
A dedicated Quickparts project manager works directly with the customer to ensure parts meet specifications.
Although QuickTool Express is designed for simple, no-action injection moulded parts, Quickparts also offers QuickTool Pro for design engineers having parts with more complex geometries.
Users can submit QuickTool Pro quotes online and a Quickparts representative will have a quote back in 24 hours or less.
