Rapid injection moulding process lets users get instant quotes for injection mould tooling and parts.

Quickparts has launched Quicktool Express, a rapid injection moulding process that is quoted instantly on the Quickparts web site It lets users get instant quotes for injection mould tooling and parts

Users can upload their own unique 3D CAD data, and define the part material, colour, internal and external finish, and lead time.

Then, with the click of the create-quote button, a custom, binding quote for tooling and per-part pricing is calculated and presented instantly.

The user has the flexibility to perform unlimited what-if scenarios including multiple tools, materials and quantities to optimise project price.
