QISoft in conjunction with OSI Software have acquired the business of Quaker Computer Solutions, Savannah, Georgia.
QISoft in conjunction with OSI Software have acquired the business of Quaker Computer Solutions, Savannah, Georgia.
OSI has taken over all PI related business and, as an application specialist, QISoft has taken over the application software business for Q-Log, Q-Lab, TrimTracker and Roll-Q.
"The acquisition of QCS will strengthen our position as the leading supplier of Quality Information Systems to the European and American market and presents exciting new market development opportunities ", says Tim Perris, QISoft Business Development Manager.
"Existing QCS customers will now benefit from the comprehensive product development and support offered by QISoft, ensuring that they have the best tools to help optimise production performance." QISoft have secured the employment of Bob Olson, QCS Operations Manager, to provide on-going support to all existing QCS customers.
New versions of TrimTracker and Roll-Q are already planned, which will integrate with QISoft's market leading QIS application.
