Q-press Ultimate is a high performance aqueous lubricant used to aid the efficient manufacture of metal pressings and precision stampings.
Available from QSCD is Q-press Ultimate, a technologically advanced metal forming lubricant for post formed components that require subsequent application of lacquer or paint.
Q-press Ultimate is a high performance aqueous lubricant used to aid the efficient manufacture of metal pressings and precision stampings.
It is nonVOC and hazard label free.
Q-press Ultimate does not need to be removed as the transparent residual film dries to leave a firm, dry film with high molecular bonding that acts as a primer coating for subsequent lacquer and paint processes.
Q-press Ultimate has particularly benefited component manufacturers who wish to remove subsequent cleaning processes prior to lacquering or painting.
Q-press Ultimate can be used on a wide variety of component geometries and press operations.
The scope of use is dependant on the operational concentration.
As each application is unique the efficient use of Q-press Ultimate should be determined to optimise cost effectiveness.
