With the pending implementation of the Solvent Emissions Directive, Q-clean 702 can be used in existing plant with (at most) minor modifications.

The Solvent Emissions Directive requires users of trichloroethylene to undertake major modifications to existing trike plant to continue its use Conversion to hermetically sealed units and continual monitoring will add significant costs to operations

And as there are insignificant volume losses due to evaporation, consumption would be minimised.

On site recycling can be undertaken with possible minor modifications to existing plant or bespoke equipment can be used.
