Deligo Technologies has received Start Magazine's 2005 Technology and Business Innovation Award.
Deligo Technologies, developer of the Iced*CAD technology for engineering-to-order solutions, has received Start Magazine's 2005 Technology and Business Innovation Award.
Start Magazine recognised Deligo Technology's Iced*CAD as the most outstanding technical innovation by a small business at the publication's industry conference in Chicago.
Iced*CAD allows customers to build, price, and order assemblies of a vendor's parts online, then automatically draws the configurations using pre-existing CAD illustrations for both the client and the production team.
This automation eliminates the long work cycles required for salesperson and engineer review.
Deligo Technologies was recognised for its software's contribution in reforming business processes in the manufacturing sector.
The software firm's other industry accolades include the Cadence Editors' Choice Award, the Innovator of the Year Award from CADwire.net, and the National Design and Engineering Show Stopper Award.
Start magazine focuses on the greater business issues that can be solved for CEOs of manufacturing enterprises.
Since its inception in 1997, Start has grown to a monthly circulation of 85,000 among top manufacturing executives.
