QuickSilver's SilverDust IG8 servo controller/driver is now available with a Modbus TCP option.
This popular protocol works over Ethernet and allows PLCs and other host controllers to share data via a register mapping scheme.
When combined with QuickSilver's native RS485 serial and CANopen networks, the servo controller becomes a cost effective communications bridge.
