The new range of Get2it modules from Quansys provide a plug in and go means of acquiring data centrally from any number of remote scientific or medical instruments.

The new range of Get2it modules from Quansys provide a plug in and go means of acquiring data centrally from any number of remote scientific or medical instruments.

The units are designed to intercept any formatted data output from an instrument, for example to a printer.

The Get2it modules encode the data so that it can be transmitted either as an SMS or data message via the mobile phone network to a central computer for further analysis or record keeping.

No changes are required to the instrumentation itself as the operation of the Get2it module is transparent to the host application allowing existing uses to be simply upgraded.

Typical applications include central collation of diagnostic test results from remote medical equipment, maintenance and calibration monitoring and automatic reordering of consumable materials.
