Following an assessment by an independent body, Radio Data Technology, which specialises in engineering wireless radio data communication products, has recently been awarded ISO9002
Following an assessment by an independent body, Radio Data Technology, an Essex-based company specialising in engineering wireless radio data communication products, has recently been awarded the ISO 9002 Certificate.
This prestigious award for quality is supported by the government and recognised worldwide.
The award recognises RDT's commitment to providing exceptional quality of service and products.
With around 3% of UK business holding this Certificate, RDT is now in the forefront of quality service and customer care.
Said managing director Chris Gurry: 'We have always been proud of the service and quality products we offer our customers.
Now with the award of ISO 9002, this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging service on a daily basis in a wide variety of trade and industries.
Christine Colbert who undertook the assessment for QMS Quality Management Systems Ltd, paid tribute to 'the investment in people and training that enables RDT to give an efficient service and products to their customers.' The approved QMS Certificate applies to the manufacture and marketing of radio based data and video communication products.
RDT specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of advanced radio based data communications and sub systems for world markets.
The company has a policy of not only supplying a quality product, but also providing first-class back-up and support.
RDT has a high level of in-house RF and data handling expertise, allowing efficient customer support and development of products to consumer specification.
RDT has worldwide representation and existing product type approvals through out Europe, Scandinavia, the USA and some African countries.
