New from Radiatron, the Carling F-Series circuit breaker is designed for high current applications where very high or low temperatures may be encountered Unlike a thermal device, the F-Series breaker does not rely on a bimetallic strip that can be slow to operate and prone to nuisance trips in extremes of temperature

Competitively priced silicone rubber keypads
Competitively priced silicone rubber keypads from Radiatron have a wide choice of customisation options: tactile response, various keystroke travel distances and a choice of actuation forces
Instead, it employs a magnetic load sensing circuit linked to a hydraulic mechanism to give fast, reliable operation that is not affected by changes in ambient temperature or the temperature within an enclosure.
F-Series breakers come in application ratings from 100 Amps to 700 Amps at 125 Vdc with 50,000 Amp interrupting capacity.
Single, double and three pole versions are available and the breakers can be supplied with or without a single-pole, double-throw auxiliary switch for an alarm or other indicator.
Devices rated above 250 Amps use a parallel pole construction.
A choice of terminals includes stud connectors for breakers rated at up to 250 Amps and screw or box wire connectors with a pressure plate for all ratings.
The breakers can be front or back-mounted and are offered with a choice of overload time delays, making them ideal for applications with inductive loads.
They are CE marked (EN 60947-2) and UL Listed up to 250 amps and carry UL489A (telecom) approval up to 700 amps for telecom applications.
Optional low-voltage shunts for current metering are to be introduced soon.
