SEA wins Newsletter of the Year at TAF awards

The Surface Engineering Association has won the 2009 Newsletter of the Year Award for its members' newsletter from the Trade Association Forum, presented at the Forum's Best Practice Awards.

The judges commented: 'The SEA's publication has been thoughtfully developed to provide members with information on a wide range of issues and government initiatives that are likely to impact on members' businesses.

The Surface Engineering Association has won the 2009 Newsletter of the Year Award from the Trade Association Forum.

'A colour-coding system differentiates articles that provide background information from news items, enabling the reader to navigate the newsletter easily to find items of interest.' The award was presented to David Elliott, SEA chief executive, and Diana Blair, member services manager, by John Sergeant at the Intercontinental Hotel, London, on 29 July.
