Ricardo has released a new version of its market-leading Wave engine modelling package.
Ricardo was responsible for the chassis and powertrain engineering, including associated design, analysis, validation support, production launch engineering and production support of the vehicle.
"By following unique program processes, leveraging our vast experience and executing rapid tasking through existing GM information technology and component release systems, Ricardo was able to meet the stern 16 month timeframe", said Louis Infante, Vice President of Vehicle Engineering, Ricardo.
With its more spacious, comfortable interior and a host of standard features, the H2 strikes a perfect balance between on-road and off-road capability with its high-performance chassis and powertrain system, featuring a powerful Vortec engine.
Ricardo used its experience engineering SUVs, military vehicles and premium sports cars to develop a chassis and powertrain system whose performance can achieve that balance.
