Established in 1954, Robert Cupitt have long been known as suppliers of high quality machine components with an exceptional record for service and reliability - factors underlying US-based Zero-Max choosing the company to supply and support its products.
"The Zero-Max products complement the Tol-O-Matic motion control products that we have been supplying for many years," says Cupitt director, Geoff Brandon.

Ideally suited for both OEM and replacement applications, the compact drives and actuators have been designed for versatility, accuracy and reliable performance with minimum maintenance.

With over a million in use throughout the world, the variable speed drive provides infinitely adjustable and accurate speed control, even down to zero (it can be used as a clutch), with constant torque throughout the speed range.
The sealed, factory lubricated unit is simple to install anywhere on the machine, and is easy to operate.
Crown right-angle gear drives are fully enclosed, feature stainless steel shafts and have been precision engineered for smooth, quiet, long-term operation.
Multiple mounting positions simplify machine design considerations.
Likewise, the linear actuators are very easy to install, and feature 90%-plus efficiency and overload protection among their many benefits.
Helland Torq-Tender and H-TLC torque limiters also offer overload protection for coupling-type or chain/belt drive applications.
