A comprehensive range of Tol-O-Matic corrosion resistant (CR) "Slide-Rite" gearboxes are now available from Robert Cupitt, the sole distributor for the UK.
Like Tol-O-Matic's original Slide-Rite gear box, the new CR version is designed to turn power around any corner, operates in any direction, slides axially along the drive or driven shaft and installs with ease.
With the Slide-Rite CR Gear box users get the added advantage of specially selected corrosion resistant components, making it the perfect choice for those challenging applications such as a washdown environment, where high protection is required against rust, ingress and decay.
The one-piece housing, geared shaft and factory sealed bearings eliminate leakage.
Prelubricated and ready for installation, no additional lubrication or maintenance is required for most industrial applications.
The gear drive contains corrosion resistant electroless nickel-plated geared sleeves, keys and retaining rings.
A hard-coated aluminium case and stainless-steel bearings and races complete the CR's corrosion resistant package.
