Radiodetection has made the significant step of relocating its service team to much larger custom-built premises at its Bristol headquarters.

Radiodetection has made the significant step of relocating its service team to much larger custom-built premises at its Bristol headquarters.

As a result, enquiries for before and after sales are now handled extremely efficiently, and customers will see improved job turnaround times for equipment servicing, testing and calibration.

For basic pipeline inspection needs, an expanded camera repairs department has also been included at Bristol, and the Pearpoint testing facilities at Borden and Sheffield will continue to offer their services for more advanced camera inspection applications.

To minimise customer downtime, the new service section is equipped with the very latest testing rigs for precise, rapid product testing.

Specialist industry advice is also available for pipeline inspection, drainage, utility, telecomms, cable avoidance and trenchless drilling industries.

"It is vital that contractors and site engineers get the most from their cable locator and pipeline inspection tools to safeguard safety and efficiency on site.

To meet industry demands, we have taken this step to ensure customers receive the best quality advice in sales, service and repair", says Chris Ball, Group Service Supervisor at Radiodetection.

The success of cable locators (from the industry standard CAT+ to the latest web enabled RD4000), the GatorCam drainage inspection system and other lines has lead Radiodetection to fulfil this new expansion.

The move is designed to meet the current and future needs of the company and its customers.
