With an impressive overall accuracy of 0.25% full-scale, the QW range of torque transducers from RDP Electronics is designed to meet demands for high accuracy, small size with mounting options.

These transducers are primarily used in reaction-type applications such as motor dynamometers, twist measurements and friction-skid test measurements.

The output signal is proportional to the torque applied between the male shaft and the body of the transducer and are calibrated for use in both directions of twist.

The range comprises two models: the QWFK-8M has an inline casing less than 40mm in diameter with a socket and set-screw fixings for mounting onto a shaft; and the QWLC-8M version has a flange designed for fixing onto a flat surface with six screws.
