Absolute rotary position sensing with zero wear
Using RDP's capacitive non-contact measurement technique, the RCDT rotary displacement transducer accurately measures the absolute position of its shaft in relation to its body.
In addition, a new range of submersible versions of the DCT series of displacement transducers will debut at the shows.
To simplify data communication networks through a daisy-chain cabling infrastructure, RS485 serial output versions of its LVDT product ranges will be on display at Southern Manufacturing and MTEC 2003 for the first time, the result of RDP's ongoing electronics and instrumentation development programme.
