Housed in a robust stainless steel case, these transducers provide excellent magnetic screening and easy mounting.
Available in working ranges from +/-0.25 to +/-12.7mm, each transducer in the D5-G series has an encapsulated winding with magnetic shielding.
The ruggedised construction, low-friction bearing and ball-ended probes have been specifically designed for accuracy.
They can provide a repeatability of less than a micron with good linearity.
Additionally, the D5-G series can be supplied in special versions, for example to operate in environments exposed to gamma radiation or high-pressure nonconducting oil. Request a free brochure from RDP Electronics ...
