Not only does Renold Synergy chain have a distinctive new look, with black plates and silver rollers, but it is also virtually dry to the touch when it comes out of the box.

Not only does Renold Synergy chain have a distinctive new look, with black plates and silver rollers, but it is also virtually dry to the touch when it comes out of the box.

The chain is still lubricated, but the lubricant is in the chain and not on it.

The chain and the box are both 100% recyclable.

Renold has always claimed that Synergy is one of the easiest chains to install.

Soft pin-ends allow quick-and-easy cutting-to-length; it has superior bedding-in performance that often means later adjustments are not necessary, and a special platinum-coloured connecting link-plate makes identification and disconnection easier.

Renold Synergy's new virtually dry-to-the-touch design improves its user-friendly characteristics making it even easier and cleaner to handle and install.

But it is Renold Synergy's performance that has made the British company's product a real world-beater.

Extensive tests have shown that it lasts, on average, as much as six times longer than leading competitive brands, making it the most reliable chain available.

David Turner, Renold Chain's Marketing Manager, said: "Renold Synergy represents the biggest single innovation in power transmission technology since the bush roller chain was invented.

It has made, and continues to make, an unquestionable contribution to the improved performance of drive systems all over the world".
