Renold Chain's rapid response chain service is hitting its fast quotation-to-delivery targets month on month, with figures for standard adapted chain in October and November 2003 at 100%.

The rapid response service provides a fast quotation and delivery service for engineers and distributors requiring either standard or nonstandard attachment chain.

Quotations are usually supplied in less than an hour and the completed order delivered, on average, in just two to three working days.

To meet demand and guarantee a fast response the company has set up a dedicated manufacturing cell with what it says is the widest range of chain attachments in the UK.
