Chain service hits its targets

The Renold Chain "Rapid Response" chain service has hit targets by 100% every month since November 2004 The Rapid Response service provides a fast quotation and delivery service for engineers and distributors requiring either standard or nonstandard adapted chain
Quotations are usually supplied in less than an hour and the completed order delivered within three working days.
The company was previously averaging 98.7% of all orders delivered on time and the improvements have come from the implementation of Kaisen philosophies and manufacturing cells dedicated to Rapid Response orders.
