Renold Chain has added a new section to its website that provides lots of useful information about chain products and technology.
Renold Chain has added a new section to its website that provides lots of useful information about chain products and technology.
Within the "Chain Information Centre" visitors can read about the history of chain, learn about how chain is made and reference a section explaining the BS and ANSI numbering systems that are used to describe the pitch and number of strands in a chain.
There is also a section on chain diagnostics with a free downloadable troubleshooter that covers all the main problems associated with chain failure and operation.
The Chain Information Centre is illustrated throughout with colour diagrams and pictures and provides free downloads of all Renold Chain's product brochures.
