Chain company wins Vendor of the Year award

Renold's US sales company has won Applied Industrial Technology's Vendor of the Year award for excellence in all round customer service and product quality.

Renold's US sales company has won Applied Industrial Technology's Vendor of the Year award for excellence in all round customer service and product quality.

AIT is one of North America's largest industrial distributors with operations in 48 states, five Canadian provinces, Puerto Rico and Mexico.

Each year AIT assesses its core suppliers and rates them on key factors such as integrity, responsiveness, communication, delivery, sales support and product quality.

Speaking of the award Tom Armold, AIT's Vice President of Product Management and Marketing said: "Renold Jeffrey has provided Applied with excellent support in servicing our customers and field organisation".
