The SlopeAlert tilt warning system has undergone many changes and improvements allowing for a multitude of options to suit the needs of just about any application.

The first version of the SlopeAlert system was introduced in the early 1990s, designed specifically for off-road tracked vehicles climbing extreme mountainous terrain The most common application for a tilt warning device was to alert an operator when exceeding the manufacturers recommended level while stationary rather than in motion

The decision to develop a system that would monitor vehicles while in motion was made after an increasing number of accidents involving off-road construction equipment rolling over - resulting in damage, injury, and loss of life.

Since that time the SlopeAlert tilt warning system has undergone many changes and improvements allowing for a multitude of options to suit the needs of just about any application.

Connected to a lamp, horn, or solenoid relay, the compact single- or dual-axis unit can indicate both safe and unsafe conditions as well as provide a control signal to shut down equipment.

The rugged, hermetically sealed construction stands up against harsh environments and severe vibration commonly found at off-road work sites.

Multiple trip settings are factory calibrated and can be arranged in a single axis to indicate caution before final alarm.

This tilt warning system has been developed and manufactured in accordance with the needs of OEM customers who required measurement and control under high vibration.

The SlopeAlert offers a flexible solution to the various application needs for operator error factors, prospective construction safety standards, recommendations, and requirements, and can be installed on all types of construction equipment, tractors, and off-road vehicles.

While designed for the OEM, it is well suited for any application where inclination needs to be limited or equipment controlled.

Although the SlopeAlert was designed for monitoring vehicle inclination in off-road, rough terrain environments, it is well suited for any application where inclination needs to be limited or equipment controlled.

Other industrial applications include hydraulics controller, platform leveling, lift vehicle/equipment monitoring and shut-off switch, sound system alignment, and antenna positioning.
