Overwhelming market demand has prompted REO (UK) to extend its range of current transformers to include versions specially developed for lifts, drives and medium power equipment employing output bus-bars.

All units in this range provide a linear output signal proportional to the measured current.

Compensated current transformers are used for the potential free measurement, or recording, of AC, DC or impulse current.

The current transformers designed for lifts and drive-engineering applications are epoxy-sealed in housings with universal mounting flanges, allowing for use in any orientation.

The current measuring range is 25 - 200 Amperes at mains frequency.

The standard units have a quick release connector for the output cables.

For the medium power range, the construction allows the current transformer to be slipped over a bus-bar.

Alternatively, larger units can be sandwiched between two bus bars.

These current transformers are available for measuring up to 1200 Amperes.
