REO Components has launched a new electrical components and controls mini catalogue featuring a wide range of transformers, EMC products, motor accessories and rheostats

REO Components has launched a new electrical components and controls mini catalogue Despite measuring only six by eight inches, the catalogue includes a wide range of transformers, EMC products, motor accessories and Rheostats

Among the components featured in the catalogue are open style and fully encapsulated fixed toriodal transformers, with single 230V ac 50/60 Hz primary winding and twin secondary windings.

They have a gap free iron core, reduced magnetic stray field and a temperature class of T40C/E.

Another notable inclusion is the Over Voltage Protection device, which can be easily installed into new or existing equipment.

It offers efficient protection against high voltages, lightning strikes and transients.

Attenuation of interference is down to approximately 50dB at 1MHz and very even switch on voltages are maintained by using parallel-connected varistors.

The catalogue also contains a range of motor chokes that work like a line inductor, providing good suppression in the lower frequency range.

They provide excellent limitation of dv/dt and a rated voltage of 3x400V 50/60 Hz.

Finally a selection of wire wound potentiometers with ceramic cores, called Rotary Rheostats, is available in motorised and double or triple gang versions.

The windings are made from CuNi44 (WM50) of CrNi6015 (WM100) depending on the resistance value, giving a low temperature coefficient, and are coated for protection. Request free introductory details about products from REO (UK) ...
