Datasheets describe lens adapters

A Resolve Optics product story

Technical datasheets describe high performance lens adapters characterised by their ability to complement the lenses they are used with to produce high resolution images with low distortion.

Resolve Optics has released a series of technical datasheets describing its range of high performance lens adapters.

The lens adapters are characterised by their ability to complement the lenses they are used with to produce high resolution images with low distortion.

Typically, lens adapters are used to change the field of view or image format of a lens.

To provide a true 0.5x field of view while maintaining low distortion and high resolution throughout the zoom range of the camera, Resolve Optics offers a high performance wide angle zoom lens adapter.

The performance of this product was achieved by designing the adapter to work with the moving pupils of zoom lenses.

Its design offers full zoom-through capability resulting in high contrast images regardless of zoom position while still maintaining resolution and focus to the edges of the image.

A further technical datasheet is available describing the model 225-000 anamorphic lens adapter.

For miniature 4:3 aspect broadcast quality CCD cameras, the anamorphic adapter converts the image ratio so that when recorded by a 4:3 aspect camera the image is captured as 16:9.
