Resolve Optics is offering a bespoke optical-system design service for a variety of critical machine-vision applications.
The use of optimised custom lenses can reduce image processing and improve system performance and measurement robustness.
Demands for machine-vision applications include: large-format sensors that offer greater resolution, large apertures to ensure the maximum use of the light available, wide fields of view with little or no distortion, optical designs and coatings that are balanced to give best performance at a desired wavelength or waveband, and compact design.
Resolve Optics has experience of developing compact fixed and zoom lenses for vision applications such as: parts recognition, precise component placement, automated alignment and placement and automated inspection of manufactured components.
