Radio Frequency Investigation announces the second in a series of partnerships with IVT Corporation, to develop and enhance its Bluetooth services.

RFI will use IVT's conformance and interoperability testers, implementing a unique software solution, for Bluetooth testing at its Basingstoke and Thatcham facilities.

IVT is a pioneer in the development of Bluetooth test and development software and amongst the first to release protocol stack software for this fast developing technology.

Joe Amodio, IVT's director of sales and marketing commented, "Partnership with a test house of RFI's reputation is an important endorsement confirming IVT's ability to satisfy the most demanding test environments." Steve Flooks, RFI's Bluetooth development manager commented "RFI has always aimed to provide its customers with a choice of test platforms for conformance testing.

The IVT testers will enhance RFI's Bluetooth services, and both companies are committed to the continuing development of these platforms.

This ensures that RFI can offer a flexible, zero lead-time service, critical in reducing time to market for manufacturers.".
