RF Solutions, the Sussex based electronics manufacturer and supplier of radio products has purchased low power radio module specialist Quasar.

RF Solutions, the Sussex based electronics manufacturer and supplier of radio products has purchased low power radio module specialist Quasar.

The deal enables RF Solutions to offer an unrivalled, comprehensive range of products to meet most radio frequency and remote control applications.

Former Quasar products will be manufactured alongside RF Solutions range of radio telemetry modules and ICEPIC in circuit emulators.

The company's 10,000 sq.ft manufacturing area that is equipped with the latest automated assembly systems, is also able to handle a wide range of sub-contract manufacturing projects.

Commenting on the acquisition, John Fairall, managing director of RF Solutions said: "Quasar has a strong range of radio modules that will compliment our own products perfectly.

This deal will further cement our position as a leading name in the radio module and remote control market places".
