RF Solutions' X2010 and X2011 FM radio transceivers are designed to give wireless high reliability operation at data rates of up to 20Kbit/s over distances of typically 300 metres

With next generation applications such as advanced telemetry, remote meter reading and EPOS terminals in mind, RF Solutions has introduced the X2010 and X2011 FM radio transceivers.

The modules are designed to give wireless high reliability operation at data rates of up to 20Kbit/s over distances of typically 300 metres.

Both models can be supplied with operating frequencies of either 434.075MHz, 868MHz or 914.5MHz.

The X2011 features an integrated PCB loop antenna for the 434 and 868MHz versions for easy integration and EMC approval.

High interference rejection capability is given by narrow RF channel bandwidths.

The transmitter section is a PLL (phase Locked Loop) design that uses a highly stable and accurate reference crystal oscillator.

This results in an RF transmission with a very low frequency spread across the entire -20 to +55C operating temperature range.

The receiver section uses a single conversion super-het design again with PLL technology; this results in excellent receiver sensitivity and a long range.

The X2010 and X2011 radio transceiver modules capable of operation within high interference areas, they are immune to tetra, and high power amateur radio repeater stations.

Both have CD and RSSI outputs and comply with EN300 220-1 and 300 683.
