Rhopoint Instruments has launched a new flagship glossmeter, the Novo-Gloss Trio, measuring at 20, 60 and 85-degree geometry.

Rhopoint Instruments has launched a new flagship glossmeter, the Novo-Gloss Trio, measuring at 20, 60 and 85-degree geometry.

The Novo-Gloss Trio has been constructed using the latest in optoelectronic technology, which boasts a battery life of 15,000 readings.

A lifetime guarantee is also offered on the light source.

No complex manuals or menu structures mean that gloss meter can be used even for functions such as continuous read within minutes of taking the product out of the box.

The unit features True Tri-Angle Operation - simultaneously reading all three angles and also simultaneous calibration of all three angles.

Other features include an ultrabright display for ease of reading, a USB interface to a PC for use of the Novo-Soft software functions.

The unit is supplied with a calibration tile with internal verification but calibration on any standard is also possible A traceable calibration certificate is provided and warranty extended to two years on registration of the product.

The Novo-Gloss Trio conforms to all major international standards for gloss measurement: ISO2813, ASTM D523, ASTM D2457, DIN67530 JIS8741.
