Rietschle's Zephyr multi-claw series are highly efficient, dry-running pressure/vacuum pumps, air compressors, and vacuum pumps, with applications across industry.
Paul Murphy will also manage a fully equipped workshop with a complete range of Rietschle original spares in stock, plus extensive test and re-build facilities.
With a team of factory-trained service and workshop engineers, all workshop repairs carry a comprehensive, six-month warranty Service support will be a key aspect of the new operation; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as Paul Murphy points out.
"Often a phone call from one of our service specialists is all that's needed to sort things out.
If it's more than that, we'll be round to help whatever the time of day or night." Married, with three boys, Paul lives in Cabinteely, Dublin 18.
Since taking a marketing degree in Dublin, he has had 11-odd years experience in pneumatics and hydraulics, initially with Irish Pneumatic Services as a technical sales engineer.
For the last seven years, he has been with SMC Pneumatics, where he progressed from technical sales, through key account management, to become regional sales manager.
Although he's not ruling out further marathon appearances, Paul says his leisure time will be spent on reducing his golf handicap, soccer, and motor racing.
