ASF Thomas has developed two new rotary vane pumps for liquids Designated the FLG1201 and FLG1201, the pumps are high quality products designed to match OEM requirements for reliable operation with a range of liquids

A medium resistant axial face seal allows the use of the pumps with a variety of liquid media.

The pumps are flow reversible, and will not be damaged by dry running.

The self priming designs are pulsation-free, and provide low noise operation.

The pumps can be specified with various options, including a magnetic valve and a built in pressure switch.

Material options include stainless steel and plastic.

The pumps will meet the needs of a wide range of applications, such as the cooling of arc welding machines, with the FLG1202 for example capable of delivering coolant at 1ltr/min at a pressure of 1bar.

Other applications include drinks dispensers, laboratory and analysis technology, and cooling of medical devices.

ASF Thomas is the world's leading manufacturer of OEM compressors and pumps, with product design, manufacture, installation and service all approved to ISO9001.

All standard products are available with fast deliveries, and non-standard products can be quickly engineered to suit individual applications, and supplied in volume.

The UK service centre offers a rapid turnaround on spares and repairs, and in addition ASF Thomas offers users ultimate peace of mind through its compressor and vacuum pump Refurbishment Programme.
