Pumps and Gearboxes has grown out of Panda, the pumps and ancillaries supply division of Richard Alan Engineering.

The Richard Alan Group's Pumps and Gearboxes business unit has been formed to provide gearbox and pump solutions quickly and at a very competitive rate It offers flexibility and very fast delivery times for the Yilmaz Reduktor range of gearboxes and geared motors

The range encompasses worm, helical and bevel helical gearboxes, with capacities up to 40,000Nm, all of which carry a two-year warranty.

The speed of service comes from the fact that a wide range of sizes are stocked in a modular format at the Dewsbury based engineering centre and can be built-to-order same day.

The company can order any kind of shaft size and thread, in any combination, and it will go into production with virtually no lead-time.
