Rittal has launched a new range of immersion chillers for the machine building industry, offering robust solutions for cooling emulsions and oils with heat loads up to 80kW.

Wherever contaminated liquid needs to be cooled, immersible chiller systems from Rittal offer the ideal solution.

From metal swarf to aggressive sludge, the high quality flat evaporator coil of stainless steel and the closed cooling circuit ensure optimum cooling at all times.

Manufactured for reliability and durability, and by using two new design elements, the immersion chillers offer exceptionally high quality efficient cooling.

The flat coil design routed in an ergonomic fashion is impervious to dirt and compliments the motorised mixer element, which optimises the cooling of the fluid throughout the tank.

Available in three sizes and for 400/460V, three-phase, 50/60Hz, options include duel or triple circuit design, water cooled condenser, precise temperature control, and tailored fan arrangement.

The units are supplied as standard with washable aluminium filters and eyebolts for lifting.
