Compact enclosure has optimum corrosion
protection

Rittal's new compact system enclosure, Rittal CM, combines the benefits of the AE compact enclosure with the installation diversity of the award winning TS 8.

Rittal's new compact system enclosure, Rittal CM, combines the benefits of the AE compact enclosure with the installation diversity of the award winning TS 8 With a triple surface finish of phosphating, electrophoretic dipcoat priming and a structured powder coating the CM enclosure offers optimum corrosion protection and resistance to lubricants, detergents and mechanical stresses

Doors are spot-welded with perforated assembly strips (25mm pitch pattern) for universal interior installation and with the enclosure double-edged along with compression foamed-in seal, are perfectly sealed.

The CM enclosure is fully compatible with Rittal's TS 8 mounting components and Rittal system accessories.

Using vertical rails on the side panels and horizontal rails at the top and bottom, space for mounting system lights, door operated switches, door stays and customer-supplied parts is provided.

All cable entry options are covered, and with large openings and a wide range of gland plate combinations offer more opportunities for cable entry.

New folding door handles ensure optimum utilisation of the door space, as no swivel area is needed.

The lock insert is protected against dirt by a sliding trim panel.

A wide range of lock inserts and lock or pushbutton inserts offer a high level of security.
