Rittal can now supply all enclosure cooling systems and process chillers with a 24-month warranty.
Rittal can now supply all enclosure cooling systems and process chillers with a 24-month warranty, which offers 15-month global parts and labour as well as a further 9 months global parts cover.
In the past, a years warranty really only offered the user 9 or 10 months cover as the first 2 or 3 months were used up in integration, delivery from integrator to end user, and first startup on site.
With this new offer from Rittal, the user now passes the integrated equipment to the end user with at least 21 months' warranty.
With access to a team of highly trained engineers and an extensive stock of spare parts, Rittal can provide a fast, efficient and cost-effective service, with packages tailored to suit the application and equipment purchased.
Further options are available such as maintenance contracts, extended warranties, health checks, consultancy and rapid response.
All UK service is co-ordinated by Rittal's new service organisation.
