The TMBH 1 Scorpio is a portable lightweight heater for heating bearings with an inner diameter from 20 to 100mm and a maximum corresponding weight of 4 to 5kg.
The TMBH 1 Scorpio is a portable lightweight heater for heating bearings with an inner diameter from 20 to 100mm and a maximum corresponding weight of 4 to 5kg.
The heater is equipped with temperature and time control.
It can also be used for heating metal components such as gears, pulleys, bushings and shrink rings.
The unit is supplied with a heating clamp, temperature probe, power cable (without plug), heat resistant gloves and a carrying case.
This unique product uses a patented method of heating based on high-frequency induction - a method that is very quiet and creates no magnetisation at all.
The use of high-frequency transformers is a well-established technology commonly referred to as switch mode power supplies.
These are normally used to power low energy, low voltage electrical apparatus such as televisions and computers.
