Industry has consistently proved that the products are up to the task, and we want our customers to be equally certain of the calibre of Riello's support.
The decision to set up a new industrial division recognises that specialist products need to be supported in a special way, and ensures that we can confidently offer a dedicated level of service to each project".
The focus is very much on providing flexibility for the customer.
"Through our collaboration with commercial and industrial customers, we've become more aware of the unique adaptability of our own products and improved our understanding of process applications as a result.
We realise that our success stems from being able to offer each customer not just the burner, but a customised heating solution - controls, attenuation, boosters, whatever's needed - plus combustion knowhow", says Moore.
The announcement of the new division marks a period of significant investment for Riello.
Sales and service personnel have been doubled to provide an increased knowledge base within the already experienced team, and the company has upgraded to the latest 3D modelling and rapid prototyping techniques.
This will increase the speed of bringing new products to market, enabling Riello to respond immediately to process industry requirements or the demands of the latest legislation.
At Riello's Angiari headquarters in Italy, nearly Eur 4 million has been spent on trebling the size of its research, development and test facilities to 3500m2.
Riello believes that the new testing complex leads the heating industry, a view upheld by a number of test and certification organisations that have already had the opportunity to view this most impressive resource.
