Following the creation of a specialised division to service the industrial and process sectors of the heating industry, Riello has appointed additional personnel to support this venture.

Jonathan Hawkins takes on the newly created role of Industrial and Process Sales Manager within the industrial division, while Anthony Hall fills the position of Northern Area Sales Manager.

Hawkins, 34, served his EITB apprenticeship with W G Allen boilermakers, and subsequently gained many years of practical experience before moving into sales management.

An accredited mechanical and electrical/electronic engineer holding HNC and BTEC qualifications, he joins Riello from Bradlee Boilers, where as technical sales manager he was the focal point for all technical and commercial aspects of the company's activities.

Hawkins' project-management skills and engineering expertise have most recently been applied to the installation of complete containerised hot water and steam boiler houses.

He will be working with Riello's Applications Manager Bernard Dawson on industrial projects of up to 20,000kW output.

Northern area sales manager Anthony Hall gained a BSc Honours degree in Industrial Management before working with burner manufacturer Nu-Way as a sales engineer.

Hall, 27, is based in Derby and brings to Riello considerable experience of managing key OEM accounts and securing specifications via local authorities and industry consultants.
