Advance-Galatrek has developed a new series of extended runtime packs for its acclaimed PowerElite and MasterElite MultiTec ranges of UPS, extending runtimes up to and over seven hours duration
It is a well-known fact that most Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) offer only a relatively short runtime performance, to bridge the period between mains failure and the start up of alternative power sources.
Generally, the runtime provided as standard will not exceed thirty minutes.
While this may be more than enough for some applications, for example allowing non-critical systems to be shut down in an orderly manner, it is not adequate for circumstances where mission-critical equipment needs to be kept running without the benefit of a mains supply.
To provide for these situations, Advance-Galatrek has developed a new series of extended runtime packs for its acclaimed PowerElite and MasterElite MultiTec ranges of UPS.
Matching battery packs are now available, giving substantial additional capacity, and capable of extending runtimes up to and over seven hours duration.
