Rocol Lubricants has developed the first NSF H1 approved lubrication solution for chains in high temperature environments.

Rocol Lubricants has developed the first NSF H1 approved lubrication solution for chains in high temperature environments.

Following a series of successful trials over a six month period at several major UK bakeries, the new Rocol Foodlube High Temperature Chain Fluid was proven to reduce build on bakery chains and thus lessen the likelihood of product contamination.

With the risk of food contamination in the production environment higher than ever on the news agenda, this product enables bread and bakery product manufacturers to avoid lubricants which are traditionally formulated using graphite.

Using a graphite-free lubricant removes the potential for black deposits contaminating the food product.

Foodlube High Temperature Chain Fluid gives a dry white film above 180C with excellent antiwear and load-carrying properties.

The product is NSF H1 registered ensuring food-safe lubrication even in the most extreme environments.

Foodlube High Temperature Chain Fluid is the latest addition to the extensive Foodlube range of NSF-registered lubricants designed specifically for the food manufacturing and processing industries.
